The primary Compensation related responsiblities include:

Administer the management incentive plan and business development incentive plan, including development of employee communications, calculating the incentives per plan guidelines. Maintain job descriptions and job competency documentation. Participate in external salary surveys, and utlize the market data in providing salary recommendations. Administer annual salary planning using SAP/SuccessFactors Maintain salary structures and pay grade assignments

The primary Benefits related responsibilities include:

Assist in the development of total rewards strategy. Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants on plan audits for benefit plans including retirement programs. Drive participation in the wellness plan. Develop employee commucations for health, welfare and retirement plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ACA, ERISA, etc). Manage leave of absence program, reviewing applications for leave and determining approval / denial as appropriate.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field required. 5 years of relevant work experience, progressively more related experience. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyze data. Advanced technical skills using MS Excel Focus on continuous process improvement. Flexible - comfortable jumping in to get things done and being part of complex strategic discussions. Strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to use a keyboard and computer display monitor to receive, retrieve, and/or audit information and data. Ability to respond to telephone calls. Normal or corrected vision in order to read and audit files.
